MILLED TO ORDER

All of Weatherbury’s flours are milled to order and available at our monthly on-farm pickup.  Mail orders are sent the week after the pickup.

Order for September 20 pickup and September Mail Orders by September 8, 2025;  mail order payments must be remitted by September 10, 2025 as we begin milling on September 11th.  Mail orders will be shipped the week of September 22.

All orders are due 12 days before the pickup date.  Payment for mail orders is due 10 days before the pickup date.

2025 Pickup Dates:   September 20, October 18, November 15
2026 Pickup Dates: January 10 , February 21, March 21, April 25, May 30, July 25, August 22, September 19, October 17, November 14.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To keep costs as low as possible for our loyal customers, we have chosen to stick with our cash only pricing model. As always, we accept cash (at pickup) or check (for pickup & mail order). We also encourage our customers to use Zelle, as this allows for easy electronic payments, minus those pesky credit card processing fees.

MAIL ORDERS

Smaller bags are sent via USPS. A box holds:
1. 3 five pound bags or
2. 6 two pound bags or
3. 2 five pound bags and 2 two pound bags or
4. 1 five pound bag and four two pound bags .

Larger bags are sent via UPS.

To make shipping as affordable as possible, we calculate shipping manually for your order.  You will receive your invoice including shipping within 1-3 business days, at which time you can submit your payment via Zelle or mail your check.

Please do not pay your first invoice (as shipping is not included), but wait until you've received a 2nd invoice (which includes shipping) via email.

Upon receipt of your 2nd invoice (which includes shipping), please remit payment via Zelle or send your check by Wednesday, September 10, 2025 as we will begin milling September 11. Orders will be mailed the week of September 22.

 

ON-FARM PICKUP ORDERS

Order by September 8 for pickup on September 20.

For pickup orders, please be sure to choose the pick-up option at checkout.  If paying via Zelle send your payment at least three days prior to pickup, or have cash/check available on Pickup Day. 

Information about our On Farm Flour Pickups :

Hours:  Noon to 2 PM

We will deliver your purchase to your car.

A reminder email (sent the day before the pickup) will include the total for your order.  Please have a check (payable to Weatherbury Farm) in that amount or the exact cash in an envelope (with your name & amount on the outside).

  

FARM FRESH EGGS

Fresh, organic free-range eggs are available for purchase at our On-Farm Pickups. Availability varies seasonally.  As with all our products, please add the eggs to your shopping cart.  Since the number of dozen eggs available is based on past years (& we don't own a crystal ball), more eggs may be available the day of the pickup.  This will be noted in the pickup reminder email. Eggs are $5 a dozen.
