MILLED TO ORDER

All of Weatherbury’s flours are milled to order and are available at our monthly on-farm pickup and by mail.  Mail orders are sent the week after the pickup.

Orders are due by July 13, 2025. 
Next on-farm pickup is Saturday July 25.
Mail order payment must be remitted by July 15, 2025 as we begin milling on July 16th. 
Mail orders will be shipped the week of July 27.

All orders are due 12 days before the pickup date.  Payment for mail orders is due 10 days before the pickup date.

2026 Pickup Dates:  July 25, August 22, September 19, October 17, November 14.

 

MAIL ORDERS

Order by July 13 for shipping week of July 27.

Upon receipt of your 2nd invoice (which includes shipping), please submit your payment via Zelle or mail your check by Wednesday, July 15, 2025 as we will begin milling July 16. 

Orders will be mailed the week of July 27.

BEST SHIPPING OPTIONS:

For smaller bags, we use USPS Ground Advantage Cubic:

Our USPS box can hold:

1.    3 five pound bags or
2.    6 two pound bags or
3.    2 five pound bags and 2 two pound bags or
4.    1 five pound bag and four two pound bags .

Rates range from $8.79 for most addresses within 150 miles to $16.39 to California/ $18.25 to Alaska.  These costs are less expensive than USPS Prepaid boxes. 

For shipping orders of bags larger than 5 pounds, we use UPS:

UPS Shipping Options (per box):

1. One 20# bag or
2. One 25# bag or
3. One 45# bag or
4. One 20# bag and one 5# bag or
5. One 20# bag and one 25# bag or
6. One 25# bag and one 5# bag or
7. To 20# bags

Due to UPS surcharges, we cannot send a 50 pound bag.   It is less expensive to send a twenty pound and a twenty five pound bag in one box than two twenty five pound bags in two boxes.

UPS charges are also based on distance — the farther you live from Weatherbury Farm, the more expensive UPS shipping charges will be.

To make shipping as affordable as possible, we calculate shipping manually for your order.  You will receive your invoice including shipping within 1-3 days of  your order, at which time you can submit your payment via Zelle or mail your check.

Please do not pay your first invoice (as shipping is not included) but wait until you've received a 2nd invoice (which includes shipping) via email.

 

ON-FARM PICKUP ORDERS

Order by July 13th for pickup on July 25.

For pickup orders, please be sure to choose the pick-up option at checkout.  

You can pay with cash or a check at the pickup. If paying via Zelle please send your payment by the Wednesday prior to the pickup. 

Information about our On Farm Flour Pickup:

Hours:  Noon to 2 PM

We will deliver your purchase to your car.

A reminder email (sent the day before the pickup) will include the total for your order.  Please have a check (payable to Weatherbury Farm) in that amount or the exact cash in an envelope (with your name & amount on the outside).

PAYMENT OPTIONS

To keep costs as low as possible for our loyal customers, we have chosen to stick with our cash only pricing model. As always, we accept cash (at pickup) or check (for pickup & mail order). Customers may also use Zelle, as this allows for easy electronic payments, minus those pesky credit card processing fees.

FARM FRESH EGGS

Fresh, organic free-range eggs are available for purchase at our On-Farm Pickups. Availability varies seasonally.  As with all our products, please add the eggs to your shopping cart.  Since the number of dozen eggs available is based on past years (& we don't own a crystal ball), more eggs may be available the day of the pickup.  This will be noted in the pickup reminder email. Eggs are $5 a dozen.
